We offer cleaning of your rugs right where they lay or in our huge 10,000 sq ft facility. How do we clean your rugs off site?

Pre-Inspection: We inspect the rug to determine its condition, checking for discoloration, fading and stains as well whatever damage was there before. This way, we can find out how best to clean the rug and which technique is best to remove stains, spots, spills and odors.

Dusting: We use compressed air and specialized tools to remove all of the built up dust in your rugs. The rug fibers will be dusted of foot traffic collectively with other irritants, so we dust or air wash the rug, already a lot more effective than simply beating or vacuuming the rug.

Pre-Treatment: Your rug will be doused with pre-spray which helps lift stains for easier cleaning.

Cleaning: Though we can't reverse wear or fading, we will clean heavily soiled aspects of the rug. Obtain the soil ground into the rug using deep washing, steam and extraction.

Rinsing: This serves to flush out increasingly soil and cleaners.

Restoration: We groom the rug so it flows evenly.

Drying: Our drying room is the perfect destination for a finished rug. After cleaning it will take a full 24 hours o dry.

Final Inspection: We check to make sure the rug is as clean as possible. If not, we will contact you and clean your rug 1 more time.
